Diagnosis

We perform visual inspection, memory tester analysis, and X-ray examination when needed. Diagnosis is typically completed within 48 hours of receiving your modules.

Repair Terms: BGA rework involves inherent risks. While we take utmost care, there is a small possibility of additional damage during the repair process. By submitting modules for repair, you acknowledge this risk. We do not guarantee data recovery. The 90-day warranty covers the specific repair performed and excludes pre-existing or unrelated issues.
